Profile Details:

Angelika accepts briefs to appear and advise in commercial, family and criminal law matters.

Prior to signing the bar roll, Angelika gained significant experience as a Solicitor at a commercial and property law firm. In this role, Angelika led the firm’s debt recovery team. She was also involved in matters concerning complex commercial agreements, trusts, caveats and mortgage processing.

In additional to her commercial law practice, Angelika also accepts briefs in criminal and family law matters. She has considerable experience having worked at criminal defence firms and a generalist private law firm.

Angelika has worked on both summary and indictable matters including serious assaults, property offences, drug related offences and matters arising under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997.

Angelika is reading with Jim Stavris and her senior mentor is Robert Richter QC.
