Gorjan Nikolovski practices in Criminal and Administrative Law, Inquests and Inquiries, and is familiar with all aspects of the criminal process, including in both summary and indictable matters. Gorjan accepts briefs in these areas, including:
Prior to coming to the Bar, Gorjan worked for Dribbin and Brown Criminal Defence Lawyers as instructing solicitor in criminal trials for persons charged with serious indictable offences. He also regularly advised clients on criminal and family matters at Fitzroy Legal Service, and was research assistant to Peter Morrissey SC.
Gorjan is a fluent speaker in the languages of Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.

Gorjan regularly appears in the County, Magistrates' and Children's Courts in relation to Criminal and Intervention Order matters, and in the Federal Circuit Court regarding Family Law matters.
He has a special interest in human rights and social justice.
