As a Senior Associate and then Partner, Miranda has had extensive experience in high profile litigations in both commercial and criminal law including a number of special leave applications to the High Court of Australia.

Miranda has run complex litigations including the Managed Investment Scheme trials, various insolvency litigations, Australian Crime Commission investigations and examinations, Special Leave Applications to the High Court of Australia (Sydney), Legal Professional Privilege Claims, Constitutional challenges, Children's Court hearings, Australian Taxation Office litigations/investigations and the Coronial inquests.
